Looks like Github actions moved ubuntu-latest from 26.04 to 24.04 which they stated would roll out progressively: https://github.blog/changelog/2026-09-17-ubuntu-26-generally-available-and-latest-migration/ |

All minor version bumps except node which is bumping it to the version on production and black which I expect no issues.
