Announce the automatic updates opt-out, the ACME settings tab of the TLS certificates page, and the Frontend proxies tab of the HTTP routes page, with its effect on the "Allow access from" restriction. Italian translation pending. Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-opus-5-5

Complete the milestone 8.10 draft with the shipped features and the fixes that change the system behavior: SRS forwarding, LDAP alias addresses, phone extension, System logs search, quieter logs, offline operation, container metrics, backup failure reporting, CrowdSec pages and NethVoice protection, Mail and Roundcube fixes, WebTop, the manual Dependency-Track 5 upgrade, Debian 12 removal and the add-module instance limit.
