The release workflow could not create the metadata branch for v2.24.1 (it was cut from #794 while main had already moved on). Materialize the published 2.24.1 notes as the [2.24.1] section (#792's CI entry and #794's Security entry, exactly as released) and set the chart to 2.24.1; [Unreleased] keeps the entries merged since (#795, #796, #797). Summary
OpenSSF Scorecard had stopped running on pull requests. The
Security / staticstep pulledgcr.io/openssf/scorecard:stable, which that registry no longer serves without billing ("This API method requires billing to be enabled"). The step is allowed to fail, and the guardrail skips an empty report, so no pull request has actually been scored since. This change makes it run again, publishes the result formain, sets a target score, and moves the badge workflows to least-privilege tokens.Changes
security-pr.yaml: the PR-time scanner isghcr.io/ossf/scorecard:v5.6.0, pinned by digest. It is the same Scorecard versionossf/scorecard-actionv2.5.0 bundles, so PR and published scores agree.
