Generated models dominate native protocol coverage and obscure the coverage of maintained runtime code. Show Runtime, Generated, and Total rows for Swift and Kotlin in coverage summaries and the aggregated PR comment, retaining the original totals and full reports.
Keep existing coverage results compatible during rollout. Require scope counts to reconcile with totals, and reject malformed or incomplete scope data.
