Add standalone protocol coverage for descriptor mapping composition, malformed payloads, and preserved request identity and response encoding. Cover Swift JSON value round trips, nested values, null semantics, and JSON-RPC string/integer/null IDs and boundary rejection.
Runtime line coverage increases from 79.18% to 92.21% in Swift and from 89.70% to 97.58% in Kotlin without changing production behavior.
