The first Release run failed at
npm install -g npm@latest: npm 12 requires Node 22+, but the job runs Node 20. Pin npm to11.5.1, the minimum version with OIDC trusted publishing and still compatible with Node 20.Failure was before the changeset/version steps, so
get-avatar.mdis intact and version is still 0.3.16. Merging this re-triggers the workflow and, with the trusted publisher configured, publishes 0.4.0 (getAvatar).
