Completed the assessment of all 20 proposed branch snapshots. Their full paginated inventories contain 323 distinct commits; shared history is assessed once. All 38 checkpoint records now have decisions, source references and reasons.

Newer Party multipart, passing-medley and result changes are linked to #196, #197 and #199. Theme primitives stay in #211 and UltraStar-CE/Themes#16, worker reporting in #239, and the benchmark process-handle fix in #173. The existing background-video decision remains in #210.

AGE, configurable scoring, VS Code configuration, PrintScreen and completion changes have existing USCE work. The old integration/API branch is shared maintainer history, with ongoing work in #168 and #88. New generator/downloader commits remain outside the agreed scope; artwork-changing upscaling is not adopted.

Six fork-planner tests and whitespace checks pass. Every new inventory count matches its comparison's ahead count. This is static source assessment, not runtime acceptance or a claim of measured performance gains. No fork code was executed or imported. DeepStream remains unavailable and unassessed.
