Prepare the v0.3.2 desktop release from the validated runtime-adapter work, preserving the documentation already on main.

This release includes help-driven runtime configuration, CLI and streaming lifecycle fixes, safer JSON drafts and IME handling, and Linux notification/window recovery. Application versions are synchronized across npm, Cargo, and both Tauri configurations; dependency versions are unchanged.

Validation: the existing Linux production verification covers the recorded source scopes, including 2,597 frontend tests, Rust fmt/Clippy/all-target/all-feature tests, packaging, and real GUI/CLI journeys. The new 0.3.2 manifests pass locked, offline Cargo metadata validation. This PR must pass CI before merging; the existing desktop release workflow builds and verifies the platform installers before publication.

The recorded SmolVLM media-content quality failure remains unresolved. This release does not claim that every Linux acceptance item has passed. See the Linux validation results for the exact source, evidence, and remaining scope.

The initial hosted frontend coverage run failed nine DOM-wait checks across four files. The test configuration now reserves CPU capacity for the Vite coordinator by limiting isolated DOM workers to half the available CPUs (capped at four). The same four files pass all 165 checks under a four-CPU affinity with two workers locally. That targeted check did not collect coverage; the full hosted run retains the original coverage thresholds, assertions, and test timeouts.

The second CI run passed all 2,597 frontend tests with the original coverage thresholds, and passed Ubuntu and both macOS jobs. Windows then identified a byte-exact help fixture comparison failure. Its captured stdout matches the repository's LF fixture exactly; reproducing checkout with core.autocrlf=true converts the expected fixture from 730 to 749 bytes and breaks the comparison. A scoped text/eol=lf attribute now preserves the emitted bytes and final blank line across checkout platforms. The fixture and assertion are unchanged; the recorded checkout reproduction passes.

Reject contradictory engine, plugin and populated MLX identities before archive publication and wheel download. Preserve legacy optional fields and imported version exceptions. Three regressions and full native checks pass.
Construct marker environments only for requirements that evaluate a marker. Preserve per-extra evaluation, dependency closure output and fresh source hashing. Five synthetic inventory cases and native checks pass.
Resolve name-only edits against the configuration at their save queue turn and use the actual persisted result. Preserve earlier session additions and execution settings, retry drafts and later selections. Related 119 tests and visible synthetic-persistence flows pass.
Treat contiguous option values as an atomic publication group. Omit all values of private or unsafe options and avoid partial groups at the public argument limit. Nine regressions, 56 related tests and full frontend checks pass.
Record reproduced failures, preserved contracts, final automated and visible synthetic-persistence checks, and remaining benchmark review boundaries.
