Summary

Expanded reasoning repeated its first/latest line in both the header and body. Agent design guidance also duplicated catalogs and visual rules across entry points.

• Keep the native r-reasoning header summary only while collapsed. Preserve reader-owned open state, streaming/busy state, duration, events and public APIs.
• Route agents to canonical DESIGN/INTERACTION/WORKFLOW owners through a concise symptom-to-rule lookup and evidence brief. Define vertical relationships, text/icon/frame alignment, density, constrained command hierarchy and actual craft acceptance.
• Reduce the installable ranui skill from 209 to 73 lines, remove the duplicate refactoring-ui-design skill/adapters and copied visual catalogs, and retain unique integration contracts including native form participation and the colorpicker exception.
• Restore English/Chinese README installation for the existing Claude plugin and the same skill body in Codex; bump the ranui plugin to 1.1.0. Public guidance in eight languages links to canonical owners instead of duplicating long rules.
• Extend source-only browser acceptance examples with wrapping, resizing, helper visibility, state settlement and rejection of phantom rows, doubled margins and text-only drift.

The component fix is consumed and visually verified in document#290. Its independent acceptance includes real open/closed/streaming panes and normal/reduced-motion recordings. No host shadow-DOM styling workaround is used.

Scope

The reasoning source correction and regression coverage accompany the guidance cleanup. Foundation tokens, component public APIs/defaults, dependency manifests and lockfiles are unchanged. Browser measurement examples stay source-only. The downstream app owns its navigation/composer/workbench composition.

Verification

• Reasoning behavior: 34 unit tests passed; actual Chromium/WebKit reasoning suite 10 passed.
• SSR regressions: 76 passed. TypeScript and changed-file Prettier passed.
• Pinned Linux arm64 visual candidates: 148/148 passed. Independently reviewed and adopted only the two intentional reasoning goldens, retained the other 140 reviewed images, and refreshed the measured harness fingerprint. Two fresh strict canonical comparisons each passed 148/148, with zero retries, updates disabled and tolerances unchanged.
• Documentation/generated references, relative links and 8 languages / 224 labels / mirrored pages passed.
• Design gate: 9 rules passed, no new violations or baseline changes.
• Documentation/import/package contract suite: 9 passed.
• Guidance browser examples: 27 passed across Chromium/WebKit/Mobile Chrome, one worker, no retries; real light/dark captures independently inspected.
• Skill metadata, Claude plugin/marketplace strict validation and isolated Codex-style packaging passed. The identical skill body resolves all 7 owner references / 17 canonical DESIGN anchors.
• Independent consumer/spec/code reviews passed, including preservation of unique form integration guidance.

All 14 reported remote checks passed at 7544bce098586809cca783f21c70297b162aa260, including Chromium, Firefox and WebKit functional suites, the 148-case canonical visual comparison, platform/Node build matrices, lint/types, documentation deployment and security checks. The local Firefox launch failure is not counted as local coverage; the remote Firefox suite passed. Guidance packaging does not claim global installation or package publication; neither PR is merged.
