Removes the card at the top of a chat's history: the contact card in a DM and the invite card (with Invite People) in a group. The profile covers both now; the top bar opens it, and the group profile has Share.

  • MessageList: both card items are replaced by an empty spacer the height of the quick reaction strip. The focus scroll counted on the card for room above the oldest message, so without a spacer a long-press on that message in a long chat would put the strip under the top bar.
  • Removed what only the cards used: ChatInfoCard, ChatAction.RefreshContact and its view model event, ChatAction.InviteToGroup, State.groupInviteUrl / offersGroupInvite, toGroupInviteCard, and the action_linkCard_invitePeople string. shareableGroupInviteUrl stays; the profile's Share and the invite sheet read it.
  • Dropped the two screenshot tests that rendered the card and moved the invite URL tests onto shareableGroupInviteUrl.

iOS is removing the same cards separately.

A DM no longer opens on the contact card, and a group no longer opens on
its invite card with Invite People. The profile now covers both: the top
bar opens it, and the group profile has Share.

An empty spacer takes the cards' place, sized to the quick reaction
strip. The focus scroll relied on the card to leave room for the strip
above the oldest message; without it, long-pressing that message in a
long chat would put the strip under the top bar.

The refresh-contact and invite-to-group actions only existed for the
cards, so they go with them, along with the member-only invite URL and
the Invite People string.

With the start-of-chat card gone (#1707), the spacer kept for the quick
reaction strip left a strip-high gap between the header and the first
message. The spacer now grows only while a focused message near the start
of history needs room for the strip, and goes back to zero after.
