Convert every version 1 .decls and .dtrace test input to the version 2 format, in preparation for dropping support for version 1 files. The converted inputs produce the same output, with two exceptions: * pine_mdiep loses one invariant over a two-dimensional variable, which version 2 cannot represent. * Nine more splitters compile, because the version 2 declarations let the splitter generator find array variables. Also delete test inputs that no test uses, and delete tests/diff-tests/StackAr, which has been excluded from testing (and broken) since 2010.

… tests only in directories with a Makefile
…iff test * In pine_mdiep, every "[]" variable has a scalar rep-type, so it is a pointer dereference, not an array. Declare it as "p[0]" with "var-kind field [0]", as Kvasir does, rather than as an array. This keeps the 613 doubly-dereferenced variables, and the output matches the version 1 output except for variable names. * Convert and restore tests/diff-tests/StackAr, with ENTER declarations moved before their EXIT declarations, and regenerate its goal files. * tests/diff-tests/Makefile: run every subdirectory, and stop if a subdirectory's make fails. * SplitterFactoryTestUpdater: read each decls file once, with read_data_trace_file, which throws IOException.

This is one of two open PRs that drop support for the obsolete version 1
.decls/.dtraceformat: this PR, and #880 (Daikon itself), which contains this PR. #882 (Perl front end) and #883 (scripts) have landed. This PR changes only test inputs, goals, and test drivers, and the current code passes the tests with them.It converts all 26 version 1 test inputs to version 2:
tests/daikon-tests/{tcas,schedule,schedule2,pine_mdiep}tests/diff-tests/{schedule2,StackAr}java/daikon/test/SampleTester.declsjava/daikon/test/split/targets/{StreetNumberSet,Fib,QueueAr,BigFloat}.declsjava/daikon/test/dtracediff/*.dtrace.gzThe conversion preserves variable kinds, enclosing variables,
isParam(asflags is_param), static constants (asconstantrecords), and the OBJECT parent relations that the version 1 hierarchy code inferred from names. As in version 1, a variable is an array if and only if its rep-type is an array. In a scalar variable's name,[]is a pointer dereference; it becomes[0](withvar-kind field [0]), as Kvasir writes it. The output is the same, except:p->fasp.fandp[0]asp[]; version 2 prints names as declared. After normalizing those, the pine_mdiep output is identical.QueueAr.isFull/dequeue/enqueue,BigFloat.bdiv_). With version 1 input, the generated splitters referred to variables that were never declared, such asthis_theArray; with version 2 input, the splitter generator finds the array variablethis.theArray[..].tests/diff-tests/StackArhad been excluded from testing since 2010 and failed ("exit found with no corresponding entry"), because its decls file declares an EXIT ppt before the corresponding ENTER ppt. This PR converts it (moving each ENTER declaration first), reenables it, and regenerates its goal files. Running the reordered version 1 inputs with the current Daikon gives the same output, except that one derived variable prints aspost(this.topOfStack)+1rather thanpost(this.topOfStack+1).tests/diff-tests/Makefilenow runs every subdirectory and stops if a subdirectory's make fails. It also deletes test inputs that nothing references:
SampleTesterGlobal.declsand theRatNum,StackAr, andfuzzysplitter targets, and the version 1 Kvasir goal filesSimpleDisambigStructTest.disambig.{decls,dtrace}.goal.
