Add gdb and glibc debuginfo to the -plus Docker images - #916

Conversation
Fjalar's CI runs Valgrind's regression tests in the daikon-ubuntu-jdk11-plus and daikon-rockylinux-jdk25-plus images. Its gdbserver tests fail without gdb and glibc's debugging information. Ubuntu's -plus images already have libc6-dbg; add gdb. Rocky Linux's -plus images get gdb and "dnf debuginfo-install glibc". The non-plus images do not run those tests, so they are unchanged.

Fjalar's CI is gaining jobs that run Valgrind's own regression tests (codespecs/fjalar#96), in the
daikon-ubuntu-jdk11-plusanddaikon-rockylinux-jdk25-plusimages. Valgrind'sgdbserver_testsneed gdb and glibc's debugging information; without them, about 14 of those tests fail on every run, so they can only be listed as expected failures and don't test anything. This PR doesn't depend on codespecs/fjalar#96 and can merge first. Ideally the images are rebuilt before #96's expected-failure lists are generated, so the lists only need to be generated once.
Changes
Only the
-plusimages change: they are the ones Fjalar's CI uses, and the non-plus images don't run Valgrind's regression tests.-plus: addgdb. (These images already installlibc6-dbg, glibc's debug symbols.)-plus: addgdb; enable thebaseos-debuginforepository and rundnf debuginfo-install glibc(fromdnf-plugins-core, which these images already install); thenrpm -q glibc-debuginfo, so the image build fails if the debuginfo wasn't installed.Edited
Dockerfile-ubuntu.m4andDockerfile-rockylinux.m4, then regenerated withmake -C scripts dockerfiles; only the-plusDockerfiles changed.Testing
Not yet built: I had no Docker daemon available. The images need to be rebuilt and pushed per
scripts/Dockerfile-README.md; the Rockydebuginfo-installstep is the one to watch (it now fails loudly if glibc-debuginfo is missing). After that, Fjalar's regtest jobs loggdb --version, and their expected-failure lists should be regenerated.
