Add three reusable Roassal 3 builders returning unopened canvases: schema/table nesting, foreign-key dependencies, and routine call candidates. They accept a supplied SQL model and preserve disconnected entities; there are no live-database globals, truncation limits, or schema filters. Arrows point from caller/referencing entity to provider, and edges are placed on top. Composite FKs collapse to one edge; all in-model call candidates, including trigger routines, are retained.
Retire the unsupported LegacyUI load group for v3; historical sources remain for reference. Document the optional MooseIDE load group, snippets and static-analysis limitations.
Validation: 4 isolated Moose 13 tests passed, exercising all three actual canvases, empty input, FK direction/deduplication/disconnected tables, routine candidate filtering, schema nesting and unchanged entity count.
Tracks #22. Stacked on #27 for optional UI packaging. This PR does not claim to port every archived Roassal 2/GT/Telescope feature; it provides supported replacements for the advertised entry points. Integrated v3 release qualification remains open.
