The installed-image audit found failures across names, source anchors, recursive dependency traversal and standard Moose tools. This draft combines separately reviewed fixes for integration testing, with a complete issue/PR/dependency roadmap and explicit release gates.
SQL implementation PRs: #25–#31. Generic fixes: deem0n/Famix#1/#2/#4/#5 and deem0n/MooseIDE#1–#4. Draft dependency combinations: deem0n/Famix#3 and deem0n/MooseIDE#5. The two older namespace/Fame fixes are included so clean loading preserves the already-patched live-image behavior. Upstream #1150’s extra workflow was removed as requested, while its seven regression tests are retained and run in this existing Moose CI job.
Adds the audit, immutable dependency pins, Pharo 13/Moose 13 CI with PostgreSQL 15, required generic-test loading and an actual SQL view → scalar query → FROM clause → referenced table traversal test. MooseIDE complete changed packages load from the pinned archive into prebuilt Moose; its full baseline separately passed clean Pharo fork CI. Famix visualization packages are explicitly pinned so stale prebuilt methods cannot silently satisfy loading.
Validation: isolated combined run passed 172 tests with 2 existing skips. The seven individual SQL PRs and four MooseIDE fixes passed their CI. Combined SQL CI passed after correcting dependency preparation; latest current-head checks additionally include prior namespace and Fame regressions. Consult the current checks for the final candidate.
Tracks #24 and existing regeneration #8. docs/v3-release-plan.md maps all 14 new issues, dependencies, breaking changes and release gates. Review/merge and full mi reimport/interactive acceptance at final pins remain outstanding. No database artifacts, credentials or release tag are included.

a2da310ee641f8e41ac9fc08d8b71b6c3e7663b4, both image jobs are green: 244 tests, zero failures/errors in Moose 13, and 85 tests, zero failures/errors in Pharo 13, both with PostgreSQL 15.
