Integration-only branch combining #1, #2, #3 and #4 so FAMIXNGSQL can test a single immutable dependency commit. Review and merge the individual fixes first; this draft is not an alternative to their separate reviews. No new runtime change beyond those PRs.
Tracks deem0n/FAMIXNGSQL#24. The FAMIXNGSQL qualification PR pins this branch commit and runs SQL plus relevant generic-tool regression tests. Release stays blocked until prerequisites and combined CI are green. Target: deem0n fork, no upstream submission.

MOOSE_PHARO_VERSIONSrepository variable supplies the Pharo 13 matrix; earlier notes about unavailable fork CI are superseded. Combined SQL qualification is tracked in deem0n/FAMIXNGSQL#32. Release acceptance stays open until reviews and final integrated checks.
