摘要

从已关闭的厨房水槽 #606 拆出的仅种子页变更（基于 main 670dd027）。

• 槽位种子页按当前槽 settings.json 列出真实 env / 顶层键
• claude.setting 可编辑并参与播种；缺失文件 GET 返回 null，空文件返回空串，不用策略默认冒充槽内文件
• 遥测开关与 sidecar 进程探针分开展示；PUT /seed-settings 在遥测 sidecar 刷新失败时仍返回 200（进程状态在响应 service 字段中体现）

明确不包含

• egress / kin-egress 重启（已在 fix(vm): restart kin-egress after its binary is replaced #604 / tip）
• slot-bin / fleet 热更新（feat(vm): update Go slot services without VM rebuild #600）
• 旧容器迁移（feat(vm): migrate legacy containers for service-only Go updates #605）
• auto_compact_window（见单独 PR）

Save toast hides sidecar failure

Medium Severity

PUT /seed-settings now stays 200 when telemetry sidecar refresh fails, but seed save still toasts 已播种 and the settings telemetry pane counts those writes as successes. Nothing reads the response service field, so a failed process restart looks like a complete seed.
