After an answer or handoff, the inbox now says exactly what sum knows instead of implying that the worker received or applied it.

• Answer feedback (go/internal/ask/ask.go) comes from the saved question and delivery records: answer saved and waiting to notify, delivery unconfirmed, waiting for the worker to apply, applied, or closed without application, with the recorded reason. The two delivery failures, not-delivered and stalled, now get their own messages with the saved reason instead of falling through to "waiting for worker".
• Recently handled is a bounded view (20 items) built from saved question and report records. Each row shows the task and project, the answer or action, the outcome time, the current owner and state, and a full detail route. Existing grouped and digest behavior is unchanged.

An -s ours merge of the earlier PR head keeps the branch fast-forward.

The two inbox render golden files were regenerated. No test source was added or changed. The feature map says the golden render covers the Recently handled view and default feedback text, with no focused coverage of the projection or delivery-state variants.
