Chain of PRs for #341, install the environment of a workflow with only a package manager. Merge in order: #361 → #362 → #363 → #348 → #364

• The summary of ewoks install prints commands that work from any terminal and directory:
  • Execute: <env python> -m ewoks execute <absolute workflow path> instead of ewoks execute --env <env> <workflow>.
  • Paths are quoted. On Windows the commands use PowerShell syntax (Remove-Item instead of rmdir).
• With --in-place, the summary now shows the python and the execute command. Before, it showed nothing.
