feat(agents): a bot has an agent (A0 of spec 30) - #240

ADR 0003 and spec section 30 for Codex and Antigravity bots, with what a real agy 1.3.1 turn and the codex 0.148 exec/app-server schema showed. bots.agent (migration 0026) and Bot.agent in the protocol; only claude runs, codex and agy are refused with a validation error until A2/A3.

Agentboundary, isolation as a launch requirement, the order A0-A4, and what was seen with the real tools (agy 1.3.1 stream-json turn; codex 0.148exec --jsonand theapp-serverschema).bots.agent(migration 0026, defaultclaude) andBot.agent/bots.create { agent? }. Onlyclauderuns;codexandagyget a validation error (-32004) until A2/A3.No behavior change for existing bots. Not seen yet and listed in 30.4: agy multi-turn, tools, approvals, MCP over HTTP, isolation; codex app-server conversation.
Tests:
rpc_crews_bots(agent default, claude ok, codex/agy refused); fmt, clippy,cargo test --workspace,pnpm checkpass.
