Makes Botloft usable by someone who does not use Claude Code.

Default agent. Settings.defaultAgent (default_agent in config.toml, a picker in Settings when more than one agent is enabled). It is the agent of a bot made without a choice: the new-bot dialog starts on it, and so do the chief of a new crew, the bots of a template and the bots the chief suggests. If that agent cannot run, Claude Code is used. Each bot keeps the agent it was made with.

First screen. system.status.agentChecks reports the enabled experimental agents with the version --version printed (cached a minute). The welcome screen shows one row per agent; Claude Code missing stops being an error when another agent is ready.

Full access. A switch over the command list of an agy bot sets * (command(*), checked with the real agy 1.3.1), with a plain warning.

Docs. README (tagline, intro, an Agents table with what each agent does and does not do, how it works, FAQ), CLAUDE.md and spec section 1 say Botloft runs bots on the owner's agent. Codex is described as next, not as available. Spec 30.3 has the new parts.

Test fix. The catalog test 'opens the whole agency' took about 5 s with the full suite in parallel and failed at the default 5 s limit; it now has a 20 s limit (it passes alone in seconds).

Tests: agy_bot.rs (default agent for bots and the chief), agents.test.tsx; fmt, clippy -D warnings, cargo test --workspace and pnpm check pass.

…ess, README

- Settings.defaultAgent (default_agent in config.toml): the agent of new bots,
the chief of a new crew, template bots and the bots the chief suggests.
Settings has a picker when more than one agent is enabled.
- system.status.agentChecks: the first-run screen shows each enabled agent
and no longer treats a missing Claude Code as an error when another agent
  is ready.
- A 'run any command without asking' switch over the command list of an
agy bot (command(*), checked with the real agy).
- README, CLAUDE.md and spec section 1 no longer say Botloft is only for
Claude Code. A slow catalog test gets a 20 s limit.
