fix(ci): clear govulncheck and cross-platform test failures on main - #1021

Bump golang.org/x/net v0.60.0 -> v0.62.0 (GO-2026-6860, GO-2026-6866). TestSecretsRepoScope: resolve symlinks/short names on both sides so macOS /var vs /private/var and Windows 8.3 temp paths compare equal. TestUpdateImages_DigestIdentity: skip on Windows, it stubs docker with a /bin/sh script.

govulncheck ./...reports no vulnerabilities.TestSecretsRepoScopecompared an unresolved cwd (/var/...) to a resolved path (/private/var/...). Resolve both sides.TestUpdateImages_DigestIdentitystubs docker with a /bin/sh script, so it is skipped on Windows.
