fix(rules): drop Co-Authored-By trailers from agent commits - #217
Reverts the rule from #213 that told every agent to add a Co-Authored-By trailer. Squash merges were collecting model and agent names (OpenCode, MiniMax, DeepSeek, kamino*) as co-authors.
commit-push command/rule, commit-lint and pr-create skills now forbid Co-Authored-By trailers
Removes the Co-Authored-By trailer requirement from agent-authored commits. Squash merges were accumulating model and agent names (OpenCode, MiniMax, DeepSeek, kamino*) as co-authors, so the rule is now flipped to forbid the trailer in commands/commit-push.md, rules/commit-push.md, skills/commit-lint/SKILL.md, and skills/pr-create/SKILL.md. AI attribution stays in the PR description or body instead.

A rabbit checks each commit line, No co-author trailer will it find. Solo authorship marks the page, Issue references stay in place. Then hops away, content and kind.
