MSA result download repeatedly times out after job reaches complete

I am repeatedly encountering an issue with the ColabFold public MSA server on Google Colab.

The MSA job reaches:

COMPLETE: 100%|██████████| 300/300

but downloading the completed result repeatedly fails with:

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.colabfold.com', port=443): Read timed out.

The traceback indicates that the failure occurs at:

/result/download/{ID}

I also tested increasing the client-side timeout from 6.02 s to 60 s, but the result download still timed out.

Basic connectivity to https://api.colabfold.com is normal, with responses in ~0.25–0.45 s from the same Colab runtime.

• 2 chains, total length ~679 aa
