Workers can now inherit approved assignments after a previous conversation disappears, without waiting for its predecessor to reply. Commit It 3.0.0 preserves prior authors, checkpoints and legacy work-state records while recording the successor and verification in project history.

The update defines OPS commit/PR receipts, synchronized purpose and status labels, and capability-based conversation naming using scope first. Ordinary workers still stop at PR delivery; explicit resolver merge grants remain separate.

Verification: 27 package/installer tests, shell syntax, release metadata for v3.0.0 and diff checks passed. Independent scenario review covered deleted chats, stale ownership, inherited code, unsupported title tools, mixed assignment readiness and partial synchronization. No tag, GitHub Release or App activation was performed.

Summary
Prepare Commit It 3.0.0 for user-approved worker succession independent of chat retention.

Changes
- Preserve assignment lineage, checkpoints and legacy worker records through approved takeover.
- Define OPS delivery receipts and synchronized purpose and work-state labels.
- Name conversations through supported client tools and preserve honest review ownership.
- Align package documentation and prepare version 3.0.0 without publishing a release tag.

Verification
- 27 package and installer tests passed; shell syntax and v3.0.0 release checks passed.
- Independent eight-scenario review completed; readiness and review ownership ambiguities corrected.
- git diff --check passed.
