Move only graph-integrity from In progress to Implemented, link native child #250 and implementation PR #252, and retain classified architecture/user-documentation links with2026-10 landing. Unrelated planned rows and inventory debt remain unchanged.

Completion evidence: #250 is closed with source, user docs and architecture changes merged in1415ccdf57ba560728c7820fb3a3258d1156f56e. Final tested source f2b2478 passed146 hosted/local graph/HTTP tests, ten-file types, schema/workflow/shell/Helm/docs checks, and required CodeQL. Validation: git diff --check; exactly one six-column Implemented row; no remaining In-progress graph-integrity row; classified architecture/user links and correct landing month; all relative documentation links resolve. Testing mode: hosted, with normal required CodeQL and authorized Copilot review.

Parent #232 intentionally remains open until this reviewed close-out PR merges and completion is rechecked.

Reconciled the tracking gate raised in the review summary before merging this PR. Live issue history showed #232 was auto-closed by start PR #251, whose body had an unintended negated closing-keyword sentence; GitHub still matches that phrase. I removed the closing reference from #251 and reopened #232. The actual parent state is now OPEN; native child #250 is correctly CLOSED through #252. This documentation PR has no auto-closing references. After this reviewed inventory change merges, completion will be checked and #232 closed explicitly in the required order. No source or close-out commit changed.
