What
Add the supplied English Litepaper PDF to the bottom of the English Litepaper page, with a stable download URL and a note that the online Litepaper is authoritative. Serve the original bytes with attachment headers through both Next.js and Netlify's static CDN.
Why
Readers need a shareable PDF version of the published Litepaper. The PDF's main text, token allocations, vesting terms, roadmap, and corrected unlock curve match the current online version. Its cover date differs, and it omits the separate provisional-status line while retaining the provisional allocation explanation.

Static document and download-link change only. The English online Litepaper remains authoritative; no token terms or other language content are changed.
