feat(ui): complete project names in the Script pane - #817
Extend the Script pane's existing value completion to map, layout and standalone table names, and the target layer's label-class names. Show contextual help and existing icons, follow each command's name-resolution rules, and exclude Default from remove/move commands. Accepted names use the existing JSON-string insertion.
Testing
cargo xtask ci (process umask 022): formatting, Clippy with warnings denied, workspace tests and layer checks.
All 64 Script completion tests pass, including five new regressions for the new values, duplicate names, class context/Default restrictions, help/icons, and accepting quoted/Unicode names in the pane.
Script autocomplete suggests project maps, layouts, tables, and applicable label classes for matching command values. Class suggestions use the line’s specified layer or the active layer, and accepting a suggestion uses the format required by the command.
Suggestions include category-specific help and icons. Duplicate map, layout, and class suggestions are filtered; table suggestions retain distinct spellings. Default classes are omitted for commands that cannot remove or move them.
Documentation
The user guide describes the project details shown in map, layout, table, and class suggestions, including class SQL clauses and “All features.”
Script-pane autocomplete now suggests project maps, layouts, standalone tables, and label classes for matching command values. Suggestions include category-specific help and icons. Accepting a project-object name inserts it as a JSON string.

Autocomplete recognizes maps, layouts, tables, and label classes as values. It applies category-specific name matching and uses the line’s layer, or the active layer, to find classes.

Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue #800 requires completion for command-supported map, layout, table, and class values. The PR adds project maps, layouts, standalone tables, and target-layer label classes in crates/ui-egui/src/scriptcomplete.rs. It applies case-insensitive duplicate handling and the table lookup rule. It selects classes from the named layer or active layer. It excludes the default class for labels.class.remove and labels.class.move. It adds contextual help, icons, JSON-string acceptance, and regression tests for these behaviors. The PR does not add the excluded element or gp.run parameter completion.

A rabbit taps a key with care, Map names and layouts bloom there. Tables hop into the line, Class filters join the sign. Icons guide each offered way, JSON strings close neat as day.
Comment @coderabbitai help to get the list of available commands.
The PR adds script-pane completions for "map", "layout", "table" and "class" values. I found no bugs or security problems. I read the diff only. I did not build the code or run the tests.
Bugs
None found. The duplicate handling matches the lookup rules the commands use:
Maps and layouts are deduplicated without regard to case.
Tables use find_table, which prefers an exact name.
The default label class is left out for labels.class.remove and labels.class.move.
The new tests exercise these paths, including hostile names with quotes and non-ASCII characters going through the pane. (Confidence: medium-high)
Security
None. The code only reads project state and offers names, with no new I/O or parsing. Names are written out as JSON strings through the existing path. (Confidence: high)
Performance
Nothing notable. The lists are small and are built only when an offer is requested.
Quality
Nit, posted inline: the doc-comment and docs re-wraps leave short orphan lines. The three near-identical dedupe blocks could share a helper. (Confidence: high that it's cosmetic)
The is_valuematches! line is very long. cargo xtask ci will show whether rustfmt accepts it. (Confidence: low)
AGENTS.md
No unwrap, expect or panics in the non-test code. It uses ? and get-style lookups.
The new strings go through tl! and i18n::fmt.
The user-guide docs are updated.

I found no bugs, security issues or guideline violations in PR #817. I read the diff and compared it with the command code in crates/engine/src/cmd/layout.rs and labels.rs, and with the icon table in icons.rs. I did not run the tests or the app. I posted no inline comments because nothing needed one.
Bugs
None found.
Duplicate names: Maps and layouts are de-duplicated case-insensitively. This matches eq_ignore_ascii_case().find in the layout.rs lookups, which pick the first match.
Tables: Case variants are kept as separate entries. This matches find_table preferring an exact name, and a regression test covers it.
Label classes: The class lookup uses line_layer, so a "layer" key later in the line and a missing layer are handled. labels.class.remove and labels.class.move leave Default out, which matches the (not Default) rule in their parameter docs.
Gating: The new keys sit behind the existing takes(session, &hint.id, &key) check, so commands that don't take map, layout, table or class get no suggestions.
Icons:map, new_layout, table and label all exist in icons.rs.
Confidence: high.
Security
None found. The change only reads session state to build suggestions. Inserted names go through the existing JSON-string insertion, and a test covers quotes and Unicode. Confidence: high.
Performance
None found. Suggestions are built on demand from small project lists, and the HashSet de-duplication is linear. Confidence: high.
Quality
Minor: The map and layout arms repeat the same "dedupe by lowercase name" pattern. A small helper such as unique_ci(iter) would shorten the maps, layouts and classes arms. This is optional. Confidence: low.
Minor:item_help for Of::Layouts prints f32 page sizes with plain to_string(), so a size like 148.5 mm displays correctly, but float noise (such as 209.99998) could show up for computed sizes. Rounding would make it more robust. Confidence: low.
AGENTS.md
No panic paths: There are no unwrap or expect calls in non-test code. The new code uses ? and get.
Translation: User-visible strings go through i18n::fmt and tl!.
Layering and wasm: There are no new dependencies, and nothing touches layering or wasm builds.
Docs and tests: The docs are updated in analysis.md. Five regression tests were added.
Hostile-input test:hostile_params_never_panic is unaffected because this change is UI-only.
