Retire the org workflow templates: callers/ is the only copy - #13

No repo had been installed from the sentfutures/.github templates, repos under personal accounts can't see them, and keeping the second copy in sync had failed twice. sentfutures/.github#5 deletes them; this drops the mirror notes and rule, and points the manual install at callers/.

This PR retires the org workflow-template mirror. It drops the "mirrored in sentfutures/.github" comments from both callers, rewrites the README install step 2 as a copy-from-callers/ flow, and updates CLAUDE.md's "Files that move together" and breaking-change guidance.
I found no bugs or CLAUDE.md violations.
- The caller YAML changes only remove comment lines. No trigger, permission or input changes, and
callers/paths are untouched, so/install-review-bot's by-path fetch still works. - The README install steps are accurate. The
FILL_ME_INvalues, the filenames to copy to, and the mention caller needing no edits all match. - The
v2breaking-change guidance is consistent between README and CLAUDE.md. - The remaining
sentfutures/.githubmention in the README changelog is a historical entry and should stay. - No behavior of
v1changes, so no changelog entry is needed.
