docs: README matches main after Phase 0 - #125

The scripts line now lists lint, lint:fix and test:e2e. The Development section names the ESLint config and describes the pre-commit hook as it runs since #94: Markdown lint plus ESLint with --fix on staged files, with type-checking in CI (ADR 0002). Settings opens from the System panel at the top right, not the taskbar, and the Agent Chat opens with the desktop. Closes #124. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Verified against main at dec7531: package.json has lint/lint:fix/test:e2e with the #94 exclude sets; .husky/pre-commit runs lint:md + npx lint-staged (eslint --fix on staged js/ts/vue, markdownlint on md); app/app.vue opens chat on mount via openBuiltin('chat') and Settings via the System panel openBuiltin('settings') (no taskbar entry). Diff matches those facts and tests/e2e/README.md exists. LGTM.

Phase 0 is done, and three parts of the README no longer matched main:
