First of the three PRs authorized for #232. Move only graph-integrity from Planned to In progress and link its native implementation/documentation child #250. No source or registry changes.
Validation: git diff --check; exactly one graph-integrity row in In progress; all relative documentation links resolve. Local self-review: no findings. Testing mode: hosted, with normal required CodeQL and Copilot review. Existing issue-backed scope was approved by the requester; the parent and implementation issues remain open for the later delivery gates.
