The Annotation File Utilities are built from the Checker Framework repository, and annotation-tools-VERSION.zip is an asset of each Checker Framework release. Look for the Checker Framework zip by name, since a release now has two zips, and look for the Annotation File Utilities zip in the Checker Framework releases first, then in the archived annotation-tools repository. Update the installation instructions, source code location, and bug-report location accordingly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…rk releases The zip of the Annotation File Utilities is named like the Maven artifact, annotation-file-utilities-VERSION.zip. The releases of the archived annotation-tools repository still have annotation-tools-VERSION.zip. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The Annotation File Utilities (AFU) are now built and released from the Checker Framework repository (eisop/checker-framework#2228, issue eisop/checker-framework#2187).
annotation-file-utilities-VERSION.zipis an asset of the GitHub release of the Checker Framework, next tochecker-framework-VERSION.zip; theeisop/annotation-toolsrepository is to be archived.checker-framework-*.zip) instead of taking the first asset of a release, which is no longer the only zip. Releases without such a zip are skipped.annotation-file-utilities-VERSION.zip, are taken from the Checker Framework releases first, then from the releases ofeisop/annotation-tools, which still provide the older versions, namedannotation-tools-VERSION.zip. The scheduled check inpublish-website.ymldoes the same.bindirectory), point to the source in the Checker Framework repository and to its issue tracker, and mention the Maven artifactio.github.eisop:annotation-file-utilities. The changelog link covers the releases up to 3.49.5-eisop1 and points to the Checker Framework changelog for later ones.Tested:
mvn package, and a run of the generator with--only-latest, which finds the 3.49.5-eisop1 zips (fromeisop/annotation-tools, as no Checker Framework release has the AFU zip yet). The new lookup in the Checker Framework releases can only be tested after the first release with the AFU zip.
